More About Your Role

Reporting to the Director of Learning and Development, you'll join a team of eight peer Training Managers. Together, you will support the managers and leaders housed within our 300+ communities across the country. Specifically, you will deliver: Your orientation will consist of two weeks of formalized classroom training in our Salem, Oregon headquarters which will acclimate you to the Holiday culture, the senior housing industry, and our new vision for training and development.

Post-orientation, your first initiative will be to deliver a sales training program in Salem for a group of newly hired General Managers. Once this special program is complete, you will travel only about 25% of the time to communities within your region. You will divide the bulk of your time among: We expect that you will attend outside workshops to increase your training skills, and we'll support you in your efforts to expand your skills in leadership development, coaching, mentoring, and Instructional Design, among others.

Your excitement and energy should flow into all aspects of your role, but in particular, your presentations. As a "Master Presenter" you'll deliver dynamic presentations that engage your audience, large or small.
